Woody Baum
Prior to co-founding One Line, Woody worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Citi advising family owned businesses in mergers and acquisitions. While at Goldman Sachs and Citi, he led M&A, equity and debt raise transactions with a total value of over $12 billion. Woody began his career working in finance and sales at several small businesses where he was responsible for managing back office financial systems and driving sales processes. He graduated Summa cum Laude with a BA in Political Science from Texas Tech and has an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is fluent in Spanish.
Alex Ginsberg
Prior to co-founding One Line, Alex managed large teams as an operations manager at McMaster-Carr, one of the nation's leading industrial supply companies. He also worked as the first product manager for Petflow.com and was a founding partner of a seed-stage venture capital firm. Alex grew up working for his stepfather's pool pump business. He graduated with High Honors from Swarthmore College, where he studied Philosophy and played Rugby. He has an MBA from Columbia Business School.
